There will be an additional charge of at least $25 for additions/changes sent after editing has begun.

 

APA Formatting only     
$80 per hour – additional fees may be incurred for any time-consuming formatting of tables or figures.

 This service includes

·    Fixing formatting of all headings and citations

·    Fixing formatting of all tables and figures (note extensive reformatting may require an additional charge – see above)

·    Fixing formatting of all references and appendixes

·    Fixing/deleting all double spaces between words, extra spaces between headings, sentences, and paragraphs

·    Cross checking all citations and references

·    The document is reviewed by a trained APA clerk

Copy Editing/Grammar Check     
$9.75 per page – additional fees may be incurred for any time consuming formatting of tables or figures.
Discounts will be given for papers that require less editing

$11.50 per page  – for ESL or difficult papers due to poor grammar and spelling.
You will be informed prior to any additional charges being incurred if we recommend additional services or require additional per page charges.

$11.50 per page – RUSH.  Papers are handled in a stat mode improving turnaround time by as much as 50%.

This service includes

Our editing services follow the guidelines in the APA Manual, 6th Edition

·    Cross checking all citations and references

·    Ensuring accurate grammar and correct spelling – the document is read by a professional editor word-for word

 

We guarantee our editing services. Although we edit carefully - every document is reviewed first by a skilled editor and then checked and formatted by a second skilled editor - there is no way to guarantee that every element of the editing process will pass the scrutiny of your committee or the university’s dissertation reviewing process. If any portion edited under our COPY EDITING/GRAMMAR CHECK service has grammar, spelling, or formatting errors, we will be happy to make corrections at no additional cost. This includes formatting of references, citations, headings, tables and figures, the grammatical structure of sentences, and spelling. While our editors make every effort to review content and indicate problems, we are not responsible for the accuracy of the content or for the overall structure of the paper. We are not responsible for formatting errors or grammar/spelling errors introduced into the document after it has been returned to the author.

 This service does not include editing for content or formatting front matter (anything before the first page of Chapter 1 or Section 1). Front matter is edited/formatted at no additional charge if the document is in the BOLD template.

Template importing      
Hourly service:  $80 per hour
This service includes copying and pasting your existing dissertation or proposal into the correct template and is recommended if your papers are not already in the BOLD template. You will be informed if the editor recommends template importing in addition to editing services. Importing service is provided on request/by approval only. This service will not be provided without your prior authorization.

This service may be purchased in tandem with editing or separate from editing. $45 per quarter hour or $180 per hour
